This 112 residential apartment and 5 commercial unit off-the-plan project has had strong sales enquiry right from the first release, with the first week of sales making news headlines in 2021 for selling more than 20%, far beyond the team’s expectations. Now with construction well underway and further apartment releases sold the team proudly clocked over 100 unconditional sales for the highly anticipated beach resort.

However, circumstances have changed for the community in which we’re building in, and we felt compelled to do our best to support and accommodate these needs.
Due to the increasing demand for property across the Sunshine Coast, and seeing the construction teams meet their build milestones, we’ve chosen to release the final apartments ahead of construction completion.
I know that there are so many people wanting to live on the Sunshine Coast without enough housing currently available, and I felt that by releasing the final apartments now we could give some certainty and security to those looking to make their next move in this region.
