Our construction team have started the year on a high note by ticking off another incredible milestone! This week we are extremely excited to announce that we have completed the final pour on the roof of Building 2 ‘Surf Retreat’.
Over the last few weeks our construction and management team have made phenomenal progress working tirelessly towards the completion of the following tasks:
- Building 2 ‘Surf Retreat’ level 7 poured
- Building 2 ‘Surf Retreat’ level 7 blockwork/dincel completed
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ and Building 3 ‘Soul Sanctuary’ rendering and paint prep works underway
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ level 7 fire wall framing commenced
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ level 5 internal framing commenced
- Stormwater crossing completed
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ levels 2 and 3 window install underway
- Building 2 ‘Surf Retreat’ roof pour
In the coming weeks, our team will continue working hard towards the following:
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ ceilings and partitions – internal wall framing building 1 to be completed
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ pool elevation to be rendered and painted to allow for scaffold removal
- Building 3 ‘Soul Sanctuary’ render to near completion and painting works to follow.
- Windows continue to be installed
