Our fantastic construction team have ticked off another milestone at Lowanna Beach Resort by pouring the roof on Building 1 ‘Sunrise’!
Over the last few weeks our construction and management team have made phenomenal progress working tirelessly towards the completion of the following tasks:
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ level 7 poured
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ roof poured
- Building 2 ‘Surf Retreat’ level 7 formwork complete – steel works underway
- Building 3 ‘Soul Sanctuary’ rendering works underway
- Building 1 ‘Sunrise’ levels 2 and 3 service rough-ins complete
- Building 2 ‘Surf Retreat’ level 2 service rough-ins underway
- Scaffold Building 3 ‘Soul Sanctuary’ tripped
It’s incredible to think of the progress we have made on the iconic development that is Lowanna Beach Resort this year. From a field of dirt to a seven-story masterpiece that just keeps getting better.
As we stand on the higher levels it’s exciting to think that this time next year residents will be celebrating Christmas and the New Year from their personal balconies!
