Lowanna Beach Resort update: The scaffolding is coming down!
With each passing week in the ‘golden triangle’, we’re one step closer to unveiling the stunning finished product that awaits you at Lowanna Beach Resort.
If you’ve been following along on our social media platforms, you’ll see that we recently shared images of our recent construction milestones including the installation of the pool steps, great storage spaces for added privacy, soft-close robe doors, sleek ceiling fans, carpet, and stylish glass balustrades. Every detail is coming together beautifully.
Here are the key updates we’ve seen commence or complete in June & July:
- Unit progression: Carpets, tiling, and balustrades are being installed throughout the apartments.
- Lift commissioning: Final commissioning of our lift systems is underway.
- Basement storage units: Installation of secure storage units are nearing complete.
- External works: Progress has been made on the external features of the resort including finalising the last of the render, paintwork, sun hoods and privacy screens. The scaffolding has now started to come down which marks another huge milestone!
- Ground works have started around the letter boxes and ground level entrances.
